KATE - I'VE BEEN ADOPTED !!!
KATE: Medium size spayed female German Shorthair Pointer / Labrador Retriever mix. Estimated DOB November 2011 -- Kate and her sister Pippa arrived at the shelter as strays after they were found running near a local hiking trail. Never reclaimed by an owner, Kate is now ready to find a new forever home. Kate has more than just a pretty face... she is smart, energetic and eager to please. This young, pretty girl will do best in a setting where daily exercise is part of her routine. She can be a bit shy in new situations, but her graciousness and desire to be with people tends to override her timid-ness. Kate is learning her basic manners and is proving to be a quick study! Due to her exuberance and energy level, we are recommending a home without small children. Kate is very affectionate and would do well in a home where she will be a true member of the family and perhaps even treated a little like royalty!
